My favorites are fried rice with vegetables and chicken curry with salad. In fact, this is the most popular menu in our country. First, the rice is boiled in water, then the rice is boiled with chicken, vegetables and oil. Chicken curry is individually prepared using several spices and chicken and finally, the salad is made with different vegetables and fruits, then they are cut into pieces and mixed with blind cross. They do not seem to match each other at first, but actually they can make a really good combination. Although they look different, but after all they are snacks that most Vietnamese people love. Besides, they can have positive impacts on our health if we know how to cook them properly. For example, the corn and sweet potato porridge are good for our digestive system, and the lotus seed porridge helps us to cool down our body. They are mainly made of natural ingredients, so I think they are better for us to eat than other junk foods. Sweetened porridge is one of the traditional dishes of Vietnam, and we easily come across them at some events such as Tet holiday, Mid autumn festival, Mid year festival, the first birthday party of a baby etc. A lot of them have their own meanings. For example, the sweet rice ball with green bean filling means reunion or the red bean porridge means luck and success. This is not just a simple dish, it is also a soul of Vietnamese cuisine. Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional food. The most delicious and typical brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Pho with wonderful flavor. Eating Pho with family not only reflects Vietnamese tradition but also creates cozy atmosphere. At weekends, my friends and I usually go to a cafeteria to enjoy Pho because Pho is served at many restaurants in Vietnam. There are two main kind of Pho: noodle soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are delicious and high nutrients. Pho is favorite food of almost Vietnamese and often served as breakfast. Moreover, Pho is popular in international market for its pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really the taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries so that foreigners can enjoy this cuisine and understand about Vietnamese culture.

I to eat many different kinds of food, but my favorite one of all time is Pho. It is understandable that many people fall in love with Pho, because it has featuring smell and taste that we cannot find anywhere else. To have a good pot of soup, we need to have many different kinds of spices such as anise, cinnamon, etc; and the most important thing are the bones. Those bones needed to be cooked for long hours to get the sweet and tasty stock, and then we combine other ingredients. The noodle is also special since it is not other kinds of noodle. It is made from rice flour, and it is thicker than the others. After pouring the stock into a bowl of noodle, the next step is to put on the beef slices and other toppings. I to eat rare beef slices and meat ball, and they are also the basic toppings that Vietnamese people to choose. We finish the bowl with some basil, coriander, bean sprout and black pepper. Besides, we can also other side dishes to eat with Pho egg and blood in boiling stock. All of them create a harmonious flavor that can attract even the strictest eaters. Although Pho has many versions from different parts of the country, it is always the national dish that almost all Vietnamese love to eat. I will continue to choose it as my favorite food forever.

When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.Next, my favorite drink is Coca-Cola. It is a carbonated, sweetened soft drink and is the world’s best-selling drink. A popular nickname for Coca-Cola is Coke. I often drink Coca to meet my thirst. In addition, I also drink it when eating fast or greasy foods like fried chicken, French fries, hot pot dishes,… Although Coca is delicious, it is harmful to health. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice - paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry.

Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me.

To me, they're the most speicial dish in this world.

My favorite movie of all time is Titanic. It is the best love story I have ever watched. I watched this movie many times but I never got tired watching it. Whenever I watch it, I always cry.

The reasons I it so much are the grand scenery and the roman content. The film is about the love story of Rose Dewitt Bukater and Jack Dawson. Jack was a free-spirited poor young man but he got a ket for a luxurious ship, Titanic. Rose was from the American upper class and was engaged to a man. She was reluctant to marry him. She met Jack in Titanic and they fell deeply in love even there was a huge gap between them.

Titanic was headed to America from England. However, the ship crashed into an iceberg on the way. The side of it broke up and the ship was flooded. Not everyone could escape safely. Many people dead include Jack. Rose was survived because Jack helped her to climb on a boat. Jack sacrificed himself for Rose. Although It was only a classical sad love story, it encompassed a large range of emotions, laughter, rage, terror and the feeling of deep love. I was touched and especially appreciate the love between them. They both tried to save each other. It showed the power of love could do everything.

I think the movie had the exellent content which was based on a real story. The two main actor and actress Leonardo and Kate had an outstanding performance. Beside, the scenery and the stage properties really made me amazed. From the big ship to the small cushions at Rose’s room, they were all delicate. Last but not least, the great theme song “My heart will go on” by Celine Dion marked the end of the story. Even Jack leave Rose forever, her heart will keep going on.

This is the best movie I have ever watched. No wonder why Titanic already won 11 Academy Awards. I recommend that everyone should watch this movie at least once.

My favorite movie is "A Walk To Remember". This is my favorite movie because it deals with real life issues, some of the most important things in life such as: love, relationships, and most important, who your real friends are. "A Walk To Remember is about a girl named Jamie (Mandy Moore) who is the daughter of a minister who becomes ill. During high school Jamie doesn't have very many friends but is in alot of activities and through that she meets a reckless boy named Landon. Landon got into some trouble which made the principal force him into being in a play for the drama club. Landon Played a lead role as did Jamie, even though they didn't hang out in the same crowd of friends when Landon needed Giúp with his lines in the play he turned to Jamie to Giúp him out. One of the first things she told Landon was for him to promise that he wouldn't fall in love with her. But that is a promise that he did not keep. Jamie finally told Landon that she had cancer and the treatment stoped working so she didn't have very much time to live. Jamie had this list of accomplisments that she wanted to make before she passed. The number one thing was to get married at the same church that her mother and father was married in. Landon made ALL of her dreams come true. But unfortunitally her cancer became worse and she died. I would recommend this movie to anyone who s heart touching stories, I d it and would watch it a million times a day if I could.

My favourite program is Doraemon. It often  broadcast at 8.30 every evening on HTV3 channel. This cartoon talks about a future cat called Doraemon and his lazy friend - Nobita. Doraemon is very clever. On the contrary, Nobita is clumsy, stupid and he is very lazy. He depends on Doraemon' s pallows to make a lot of wonderful things with his group of friends - Shizuka , Giant, Sunio. I love watching Doraemon very much because it helps me relax after a tiring school. I love Doraemon very much!
